After obtaining my degree in Religious Studies from Saint Lawrence University, I began studying many types of energy work, including Mari-El healing, REIKI, Therapeutic Touch, Pranic Healing and Polarity Therapy. I became a Massage Therapist in 1987 in order to have a vehicle in which to incorporate various energy work modalities. In 1986, I fell in love with Jin Shin Jyutsu, which I found integrated the very best of Eastern and Western alternative medicine.
